Nicely designed and modern place to stay, I was there for 3 nights and would come here again. Loved the rooms, they were well-equipped with the balcony. Location: the hotel was just off city center, the centre of Santa Cruz, and restaurants, bars, and shopping.

This place was like, super cute! The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was bomb-like, literally the best I had in weeks. I mean, there's even a cool little spot to chill outside. But, like, the fridge in my room didn't work, a bummer. Totally a chill vibe!

the included breakfast featured fresh juices and a variety of fruits every day. noise from the street made it a little difficult to sleep.
-
missingWrote a review on 09 Novsignificant noise
Noise from the traffic was a significant problem, especially in front rooms. Upon switching to a more interior room, it was better, but the ambient sound still lingered. The design of the balcony created additional noise issues, as it amplified street sounds rather than minimizing them. The courtyard seemed underprepared for mosquito control, a concern with Dengue Fever risks in the area, lacking necessary preventative measures like nets or lights.

Excellent facilities with a spacious and clean room with a good shower. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The cafe served delicious locally caught fish, a highlight for me. The Wi-Fi could be spotty at times and the check-in process felt a bit slow. A comfortable experience but with room for improvement.
